ALI have never worked for a company that appreciates its staff team as much as what Living for Life does; I’ve also never been paid double time on bank holidays before and what a difference this makes!
GFThe office is very supportive, I’ve approached both the Deputy Manager and Registered Manager with concerns I had both work and personal and they’ve listened and supported me when I needed it.
SBThe company really care about their staff, I've never worked anywhere else where they will be on hand to talk issues through with you, even late at night. They really do understand that sometimes life gets complicated and that work can be challenging.

BKMost people assume that the boss is not approachable and should be feared even. I can honestly say that the Registered Manager at Living for Life Cumbria is the complete opposite to this ideology!
He is supportive, encouraging and he gets his hands dirty too. I do not think I have known many managers who work this way.
SWLiving for Life Cumbria are so supportive I sometimes forget that I am at work. They really understand their staff and look for ways to bring out the best in all of us.

JLI have to say that the office is very supportive, the finance manager has supported me when I have been struggling and I have really, really appreciated it. They don't have to get involved outside of work, but they do, and they are fantastic!
SDI have worked in various care settings and let me just say that in some places we were short staffed, undervalued and underappreciated. Living for Life Cumbria understand that everyone has a value and that there should be a balance between work and home life. They look for ways to support you and help where they can both in work and on a personal level.
