Ava House is our CQC registered residential service in Maryport, Cumbria which has five self contained apartments.
Ava House is our residential service in Maryport which has five self contained apartments and is registered with CQC for a maximum capacity of 5. Using a transitional goal led approach. These individuals have been supported over a number of years and have achieved a greater level of independence and have benefited from a reduction in their need for support. Some still require a little more assistance than others but are seeing the benefits from supported living support. This is an area this service is being steered towards and we hope to have this service deregistered in the near future.

Thirlemere house is a supported living scheme in Frizington which consists of four beautifully refurbished apartments. This service generated a lot of interest in the local area as well as out of county with the first two tenants moving in to their new homes September 2021. The aim within this service is to further develop the existing skills and abilities of the individuals and transition them to a more independent place which in turn will give them a greater sense of individual citizenship.
The Priory is a large edwardian style shared property situated in the Harrington area, with quick access to Workington town centre.
The Priory is a shared property with a maximum of 3 sharing, operating under a supported living specification. This service promotes independence as well as supporting individuals to further progress with their current skills and abilities whilst learning new life skills. Support provided includes; Medication support, shopping, meal prep and cooking as well as other associated tasks.
This property is very close to Workington town centre and othe local amenities in the area. This area of Harrington is highly sought after due to its beautiful harbourside and picturesque coastal scenery.
